Equity PAC endorses Craig Beach for State Senate

Equity PAC is endorsing Craig Beach for State Senate. Craig is running in the 28th district. Michigan's 28th Senate District is the largest in regard to landmass in Kent County. It encompasses the county's northern half and its western edge, including the cities of Wyoming, Walker, and Grandville. The seat is currently held by state Sen. Peter MacGregor, R-Rockford, who took over the seat in 2015.

Craig has been an educator at Rockford Public Schools for over 30 years in Economics, History of World Religions, and Advanced Placement European History. He went to college at Michigan State University. You can read more about Mr. Beach's key issues here

“Craig is strongly committed to finding ways for everybody to have the opportunity to succeed. Everyone. And for those that encounter the most barriers, he is committed to building a stage for their voices to shape and influence government even above and beyond his own voice. It is so important that we have leaders that are committed to building that kind of accountability,” says Chadd Dowding of Equity PAC.

The district includes the area where residential wells were contaminated by chemicals from a Wolverine World Wide dumpsite. This is yet another example of a state administration that is being reckless with the health of our citizens. Michigan needs strong action on state environmental policy and Craig Beach is committed to putting the health of people over profits.

Equity PAC encourages everyone in the 28th senate district to vote for Craig Beach on Nov 6th!
